Born and raised in Pukalani, Maui, Alysha was always interested in art and science. Pursuing these interests, she went on to graduate from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a degree in Biology in 2003. She was originally interested in pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist, but after getting married in 2014, Alysha relocated to Yokosuka, Japan and utilized her love of the arts by creating her own jewelry line. It was there that she also found an interest in permanent makeup and lash extensions. After moving back to Hawaii in 2017, Alysha was able to pursue her interest in permanent makeup field by taking the Deluxe Brows Microblading and Ombre Shading course taught in San Diego, by master instructor Kim Zenovic in August of 2018. Always interested in education and improving her technique, she’s taken additional courses every year to keep up with latest trends and techniques in permanent makeup. In 2020, Alysha enrolled into Esthetician’s School and received her license to add on facials, lash extensions, lash lifting and brow waxing/lamination. In 2021, she became certified in lash enhancement eyeliner and lip blushing. In 2022 she became certified to perform HydraFacial which is the most popular facial cleansing service in the US. In 2023 she became certified in body art tattoo and UNDO tattoo removal.
